A copy of the original invoice must accompany goods for refund or exchange.
Please choose carefully, as we do not provide refunds for:

  • Special order/non stock items products
  • Incorrectly ordered products
  • Factory seconds
  • Proof of purchase not provided
  • Change of mind

Items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase if in a resale-able condition including original packaging and package contents, i.e. unopened, unused or installed and un-damaged.

Please note there are no returns under any circumstances on Electrical products.

Please note the following conditions of returns:

  • Returns may be denied/incur a restocking fee if returned in a used/damaged condition or without original packaging and package contents
  • All freight on goods returned for credit must be pre-paid
  • All orders must be checked upon arrival and any claims of missing items or damaged goods must be reported within 7 days
